A new mixed-use development at 8200 Washington Ave, Houston, TX. The project will have a 40,000 sqft food and arts market (Phase 1) and a residential building (phase 2). The development is located at the heart of the historic Houston Heights neighborhood.

The Real Estate Improvement

By providing both a parking solution and a fully automated self-storage solution, U-tron enabled the development of a restaurant/retail pad and future residential complex in the heart of the historic Houston Heights neighborhood. The combination of automated parking and automated self-storage under the given footprint restraints was only possible due to U-Tron design and functionality flexibility.
