Duties and Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Manage all project stages, from planning and execution to implementation and customer handover.
• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, planning, electrical, control, and software departments, maintaining close client relationships.
• Subcontractor Management: Manage and guide subcontractors, tracking project progress.
• Adherence to Timelines and Budgets: Develop detailed timelines, manage project budgets, and monitor progress.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct ongoing quality control, ensuring the highest standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures.
• Management Reporting: Prepare weekly reports on project progress and present them to management.
• Participation in Meetings: Attend weekly meetings with all contractors and relevant departments.

Essential Education, Skills and Expertise:

• Proven experience in managing complex projects in an industrial environment, with a focus on projects involving extensive interdepartmental interfaces.
• Familiarity with automated warehouse technologies such as conveyors, cranes, and racks.
• Leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present technical information clearly.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to take responsibility, solve problems independently, and propose creative solutions.
• Willingness to engage in extensive fieldwork on various projects.
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD (advantage).

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• Previous experience with ERP Priority systems – Advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sustain Engineering – technical ownership for all Utron released products (Fabrication, assembly installation, service, and adaptation to new customers)
• Responsible for multi-disciplinary new products introduction.
• Apply DFx practices to improved manufacturability, assembly process, cost, etc…
• Manage and control Turnkey activities at suppliers (local and overseas) for system fabrication, assembly and integration. Support all tech aspects, quality and FAI (mechanical/ electro-mechanical).
• Responsible for releasing Product documentations, BOM, jigs and design changes (ECOs)
• Lead 2nd source & cost reduction activities

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

• BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering – Must
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer of multi-disciplinary products with hands on approach
• An in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, fabrication technologies and tool design
• Problem-solving experience of multi-disciplinary products
• Familiarity with quality control techniques and practices
• Proficiency in CAD/Solid Works – Must
• Experience with ERP systems – Priority is an advantage
• Advanced level in English – speaking and writing.
• Travel: up to 20% yearly

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and designing of multidisciplinary systems.

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering

• Master electrician license – Must
• Minimum 4 years of proven experience in electrical designing of electromechanical systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Familiarity with optical sensors, motors, AC/DC motors and electrical harnesses
• Availability to travel abroad, if necessary
