We are seeking Field Service Technicians to support existing and new automated parking system installations in West Hollywood and Santa Monica, CA.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  2. Inspect assembled equipment to ensure proper installation.
  3. Performs routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances.
  4. Tune and troubleshoot equipment, diagnose errors or technical problems.
  5. Assemble, align, repair and install electro-mechanical equipment as necessary and according to manufacturer’s specifications.
  6. Interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams, and repair equipment, utilizing knowledge of electronics and using standard test instruments and hand tools.
  7. Operate system to demonstrate equipment and to analyze malfunctions.
  8. May instruct and supervise workers in testing, servicing, tuning, adjusting and repairing equipment.
  9. Consult with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
  10. Produce timely and detailed service reports.
  11. Work with technical teams and share information across the organization.
  12. Builds positive relationships with customers.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedule and location.
  • Ability determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
  • Must be able to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job.
  • Highly technical and hands-on, experienced in performing preventing maintenance to machinery using field technician variety of tools.
  • Knowledge and capability of operating / supervising and keeping track of computerized operating system is required.

We are seeking a CAD Drafter to join our rapidly growing company. This role supports our automated parking systems group, supporting the design and installation of projects nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide drafting services, CAD support for automated parking systems.
  2. Create drawings using CAD from layouts, sketches or written/verbal instructions provided by sales team and project managers.
  3. Revise existing drawings to reflect adaptation of designs necessitated by customer or systems requirements.
  4. Document management including collection, updates, maintenance and storage of technical data.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in CAD related field.
  • Previous professional CAD experience (1-3 years).
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of MEP drawings is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to work independently and accurately.

The Senior Project Manager provides direction and leadership in the successful execution of assigned automated parking system projects. You will be involved in the implementation and management of initiatives and contracts, working interactively with internal and external stakeholders. This role is both tactical and strategic.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategy that ensures corporate objectives, revenue targets and contractual goals are met.
  2. Provide regular oversight on strategy implementation to senior management, escalating critical issues promptly.
  3. Devise solutions that enable timely delivery, ensure balanced workload, and adherence to contractual obligations.
  4. Provide regular overview to internal teams on project priorities, milestones, requirements, revised work plans and constraints to drive results, ensuring construction of all automated parking systems projects are completed according to requirements.
  5. Manage all construction and administrative activities, ensuring quality and timely execution of projects. This includes establishing procedures and methods to track and drive projects from inception through handover.
  6. Provide direction to project managers and superintendent as well as input in performance evaluation.
  7. Establish and develop strong business partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Manage, review and develop vendor relationships.
  9. Ensure high standard in performance of staff and vendors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years proven work experience in project management.
  • 5+ years in a technical supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with automated material handling/automated logistics applications or elevators/conveyors industry experience preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of relevant regulations.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Experience in the preparation and interpretation of construction contracts.
  • Experience in managing construction projects with invoicing, scheduling, resource loading, change orders and project closeout.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) desirable.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to engage and influence without authority.
  • Experience in cross-functional problem solving.

The Service Delivery Manager will lead first class delivery of ongoing service processes. You will lead and execute the service delivery process, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through the post-sales services and support of clients throughout the nation. Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the execution and adherence to standards for all client sites related to parking system ongoing maintenance and service, and customer service.

  6. Oversee Service Control Center that provides 24/7 remote monitoring and service of parking systems.
  7. Manage multiple local and on-site technical service teams by providing technical, functional and business guidance to technical teams.
  8. Ensure that service agreement obligations are adhered to and meet client and company requirements through periodic review, revision and renewal.
  9. Review statement of work, proposals and project plans in support of service delivery.
  10. Manage and further strengthen client relationships through execution of strategy and by providing insight and recommendations on tactical activities to support and anticipate client future needs.
  11. Manage technical service teams to complete work in accordance with established service agreement, budget, schedules, and quality standards.
  12. Manage service project plans and resources, including invoice management, administration of service including tickets, etc.
  13. Performance management and development of technical team leaders and staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Relevant experience in industry or automation.
  • Strong people and service-orientation.
  • Proven experience leading technically skilled teams.
  • Ability to work with clients and internal teams to deliver business and technical solutions with a first class client experience.

Assignment will require full time site presence on 1 to 2 sites dependent on the work schedule for multiple projects. Projects are located in Manhattan, Westchester, Brooklyn and Queens.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure that each project meets budget, code, contract and schedule requirements while delivering an excellent client experience.
  2. Create and implement project strategy that ensures all stakeholders are aware of their responsibilities, timelines and expectations.
  3. Direct the day to day work of Unitronics subcontractors to drive construction process of parking systems.
  4. Plan and schedule all subcontractor and Unitronics staff work assignments interfacing with the General Contractor.
  5. Supervise all site activities including safety, quality control, equipment delivery and schedules.
  6. Define the tools and equipment required to perform the work.
  7. Manage staging areas and work materials.
  8. Develop and maintain document control.
  9. Identify and promptly address any issues during the construction phase or deviations from the project.
  10. Conduct routine quality and safety inspections.
